7:30PM- Costume Contest, must pre-register

Demo Location:  The SCA table area is assigned in the Family HQ area.

Four Demo Opportunities

Static Exhibit Table: Meet, greet and answer questions about the SCA.  Collecting guest info for future contact by hospitalier in guest's home group.

 Interactive area: Fenced in area for heavy weapon, fencing, Renaissance Dance and Bardic Circle Demo.

 Workshop area:  Short 15 minute SCA classes, activities, sing alongs in a class room like environment.  If you have an activity you would like to share, please message or contact Richard.

 2 Panel Discussions: 1) Heavy Weapons Demo and 2) Rapier demo.  Date, location and time TBA.

We appreciate any and all help; especially on Thursday and Sunday to help with set up and break down.  Our goal is to set up the static table with true SCA style and ambiance.
