Feast

Feast this year is being prepared by RED of Southkeep.

It has a theme of the Byzantine Era and other culinary delights that would have passed through their eclectic and worldly marketplaces. Please join us for an afternoon of delight and deliciousness.

The Menu shall consist of four courses as follows:

1st Course - Baba Ghanoush with Pomegranate seeds, Hummus with Sliced Tomatoes and Pickles, all with a side of fresh pita.

2nd Course - Butternut Squash Soup with Local Cacao Nibs (More Pita available)

3rd (Main) Course - Roasted Honey-Glazed Pork with Spinach Salad (Blueberry Goat Cheese, Walnuts, Carrots in a Balsamic Sauce)

4th Course (Dessert) - Byzantine Rice Pudding with Fruits and Nuts.

Beverages will be a home-made recipe of Chai simmered in Almond Milk (Carageenan free), Mango Lassi, and Water.
